The long trek home

So I kind of don't like driving home. But it is always good to have a large block of time ( 14 hours) to have nothing to do but think, to yourself.

I got out of there late, I woke up at 4 but talked with mom for a while and finally was on the road at 6Am, although the girl at Starbucks ( which I really don't like their coffee) somehow screwed it up. How do you screw up coffee?Wait how do you screw up like $4 coffee?

Oh the other side. There was this really weird haze over the otherside.





So Typically this drive is like 14 hours. I would have made it through in 11 but I got lost in San Fransico for an hour. Because the 80 goes two ways go figure. You all know what I am talking about and despise going through SF and had I not gotten lost I would not have.

Need less to say I had to continue hauling booty. I don't see so well at night and I feel like it has gotten really worse since I was in Peru. So I was driving like any sane californian 80. We all know the farther south you are in CA the more people drive 90.( By the way the Old lady from Oregon driving 60 in the fast lane your nuts).


Also this guy like 60 in the second to the fast lane with a bike? Oh more slow people

TNNA Show in San Diego

So Yesterday I went to Visit my Aunt and she has Chickens.

Mom got me a root beer Float.

I went to go to San Diego this morning for the TNNA Show.

On the way I saw this.

There was Traffic. I took a picture of where I parked, because I knew I wouldn't remember. I took the Misti People ( ( I got to see the mock up for the Pattern book that was done on the summer Internship and it is awesome) some stuff. I saw Morgaine.

I saw Trish who was great, and Steven of course. Also in the booth was Shelly.

There was mustard being given out with yarn… I know

I saw all the new yarns for the year which were impressive.

I think I might be going blind, or blinder, as on the way Home I couldn’t see so well ( I just got a new RX in October).

On the way home

I gave mom some yarn she wanted.

Happy News

I just got some really happy news about an old friend. I don't really feel comfortable sharing it in on the internet but I feel so happy for my dear friend Carol ( I don't want to say her LJ name incase she doesn't want the whole world to know). But good news and I am so happy for you and your grandaughter.

I have chicken pictures but I will have to edit them into here tomorrow.... I am getting ready to go to TNNA in SD Winter SHOW to drop off some things and peruse and I have to go early in the morning cause on Sunday I am driving back to humboldt.

But I forgot this year to generate my 12 days of Xmas so here it is . Sorry it only generates if you have LJ.
I also spent the Evening have a nice visit with my dad and Aunt. It is always nice to see people you love.
