The last of October!

Well here are some snippets from my week.

Last weekend on my way to work I saw oh my an accident. Which is rare is Humboldt!

Then I got this lovely Batt of Rambouillet Alpaca and silk from Crystal Creek fibers. It was awesome.

Then this morning I went to los bagels to get my pan de muertos. But the only dead thing I have up here are my chickens that died….

M. Wayne Knight

MY Graphic Design teacher, M.Wayne Knight  passed away  today. He was a wonderful caring man and an excellent teacher.

He will be missed greatly.

Chickens, Apples, smores

So.

Yesterday we ( my ceramics class) went to a local artists studio. I went to get my camera and I couldn't get the car door open ( it was someone elses car). But check her out local Humboldt Ceramic artist Peggy Louden

Painting got canceled and so I stayed home and picked apples. I had an incident where the ground ran into me.Yes needless to say it was while I was picking apples. You can't even tell I took any off.

Then I went to two classes and had to leave drawing early.

So I came home and spent quality time with the chicks. These guys hatched over the summer they are funny. Watch the videos. Here are some pictures of them, Aren’t they cute? I suspect some are roos. I love the black ones they are sweet.The other one not so much

Nope I m still around

So have been missing in action a lot. Painting was cut short due to dental work.

 

Went to dinner with an old friend and his new Girl Friend. Went to Bless my soul café I had the pulled pork that was delicious, with Black magic pudding. ( and two bottles of wine it was so tasty).

I went and picked apples. Made lots of apple sauce. Chunky, one with sugar one with Honey.

   

Then I spun some yarn for Heather at work. IT is a pound. It took me about 6 ish hours ( with people coming into the store.) I spun and plied four ounces.

Started dating having (relations?)someone new. Think I have to dump  stop seeing them.

I bought a Phatfiber box ( can’t wait until this comes)

The Chickens are getting big and fluffy.

I Found Miss Puff who I thought was missing.

Had a critique in  Graphic design and Ceramics

A test in Anime and Italian Renaissance.

Thanks to my sister for letting me know about Hulu. I was able to catch up on my shows that my tivo didn’t pick up.( East Wick, Cougar town and Flash-forward).
