Yarn Tasting at the Northcoast Knittery- NORO

So tonight I went to the Northcoast Knittery for A yarn tasting. The tasting was of Noros new yarns for the year.

No I didn’t take pictures of people but I did take pictures of the yarn.

We were given our choice of 3meter lengths of yarn , in 10 varieties to knit and sample. With two new kinds at the end.

I started knitting them but lost one of my swatches. Really the fun was sitting with people knitting, and testing yarns one after another to see

Sarubria

Silk Mountain

Cash Irohna

Transitions

Silk Garden Sock

Kureyon Sock

Silk Garden

Kochoran

Niji

Kabuki Tamu

Furisode Taiyo

Some new things I noticed.......

This is a needle case

These are both of a Cashmere sock yarn. Once I recoup from my spending in Peru I want to get some Sarubia.
