BSG day 3

BSG the third day.

I was devastated at not being able to get into Judith’s class… I was on the wait list but they waitlist people were not allowed in. BSG is ever changing.

Not being told there were other classes available.. I missed the CAGBA ( Colored Angora Goat breeder Association) Inspector class too! Nice.

Things I bought..



Handspun/knit Beret by one of my moms guild memebrs I loved it so I got it.

Then me and mom went and had an awesome dinner with Cake

Mom had some awesome Fish Tacos



I had a Ocean melt... With Crab Artichokes, Scallops and all kinds of goodies,seriously one of the best things I ever tasted despite looking run of the mill... trust me on this.

So some things have happened. Since the last posting

I found a dead rat in the yard. My mom also foudn a Vole.... I hope none of my neighbors are using posion.



My chickens I thought had herpes but it turned out to a mild beak injury.


So I fed them some Yogurt and they loved it.




Sara and I had Vietmanese Food.



Mom came on Friday and brought up 1000 Silk worms.
Yeah that was 1000 Silk Worms....




750 are in their final instar and sbout to spin.... but are not... it is cold in Humboldt so we are trying to keep them warm

The other 250 are small and I have some chow... but they don't like it and .... so if you live in Humboldt County and have a Fruiting Mulberry or whie Mulberry tree and you have leaves please contact me ASAP. Or if your going to Black Sheep Gathering...

I had for breakfast my eggs in a basket ...



My car locked while the doors were open while I was at Accident Gallery Working. Phyllis and Matthew were nice enough to put me in my car and tape all the doors shut.

Que Up.

So Thursday night I went to Sip and Knit at NCK, and Harry gave me my socks.
I had him knit them on his sock machine but my sock yarn making skills must have lacked because the first one wasn’t elastic enough and caused Harry a head ache.



Sorry Harry, but thanks for making them




Here is Carol who decided to take out some of her sweater and it was just sitting there, live stitches and all. Scary I know…..



At NCK they have these cool new leather buttons that would look awesome on a purse or hat…



I got my hair colored and on the way back I saw this cool Mural…

There was this lady at Costo… Who was rude.. and complaining that she couldn’t get out the exit she wanted to because my car was in the way ( she was suppose to go left not to the right according to the arrows, and was haggling an older lady in front of her to move….) all at Costco while on her headless phone set while having a way too loud conversation.

So

I know I haven’t updated in a bit…

Starving does funny things to you… I had food, but then I moved and somehow “stuff” got thrown out… Stuff meaning food, food like dry good or well stuff.

This lead me to one night to take a jar of my sisters Apple pie filling, frozen cranberries with freezer burn, and two pie crusts that had been expired for at least a month. Ehn sure the heck can't be any worse then having giardia in a country where no one knows what the hell your saying. I think it is part of being in College.I have been fortunate up until this point to have only gone hungry . So wanting something outside one meal a day I made this “pie”. I say “Pie” because we all know how picky I am about making pie and this isn't really "pie" in my book.

So here is the picture it looked a bit better then it tasted, I think that is from the pie crust being expired.

Also Been busy making 18 Ceramic knitting chickens… I know I know. No I don’t want to make something else.

Saw these weird birds on the way to class..

Saw this car on the way to class… Weird cause it looked like a little person or electric car.

Went to the dentist found out I need 2500 in Dental work. That is my half.. Funny didn’t’ we pay 4K last year????

Send food or dental help. I mean real food not cookies ( I have bad teeth) or spam ( cause I am never that hungry), or just some good thoughts. Black tea is also appreciated. More to follow, I have a Bacteriology paper on Isolating and Characterizing a Halophilic ( salt loving) Bacteria. A drawing of me for Beg Drawing, a drawing of bacteria, study for finals I need to fire and glaze a bunch of ceramics chickens. Then make a chicken coop....Spin yarn... Find a job...
